Info
Today we’re walking through the misty woods in the Central Highlands of Vietnam – a plateau bordering the lower part of Laos and north-east Cambodia. This area boasts spectacular scenery and beautiful natural features, including waterfalls and forests like the one in our photo. Pines are evergreen trees and flourish in temperate and subtropical climates. They have a long lifespan and can live for hundreds of years. There are over 100 pine species, with most growing from 15 to 45 metres tall. They have leaves shaped like needles that remain on the trees throughout the year.
