Fresh finds in Fraser Valley

Amid the farmlands of Fraser Valley in British Columbia is the Sasquatch Provincial Park. It encompasses several lakes and streams, a vibrant birch forest and grand mountain ranges. Spanning 20 hectares east of Harrison Lake, it was originally named Green Point Park and was a popular picnic destination. Over time, the nearby areas with Trout, Deer, and Hicks Lakes were integrated into the park and it was renamed Sasquatch Park. In addition to engaging in activities such as canoeing and hiking in the park, visitors can explore the area of Fraser Valley by dropping in at local restaurants and cafés, breweries and wineries, and artisanal shops.
